What Happens Next

After receiving and agreeing to your individualized quote, we will then discuss the best date and time for the transport to take place.  Your transport fee also covers the first 30 minutes of set-up and leveling if requested then billed at $50 per hour after that unless special arrangements are made in advance. If you are booking more than 4 weeks in advance a $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your spot.  A $100 non-refundable deposit will also be required if the pick-up point is more than 50 miles from Rhode Island regardless of the timeframe.

Preparing for the transport

It will be your responsibility to ensure the trailer is road worthy.  This would include but not limited to:

·        Access to the trailer – nothing blocking or near the trailer such as decking, etc.

·        Tires – fully inflated and free of dry rot.  Must be roadworthy for the trip

·        Lights – All DOT required lights must be working

·        Brakes should be in working order – Driver will check this upon hook-up

·        Secure items for transit – We are not responsible for loose items that may move during transit.  Please be sure to secure all TVs, chairs, tables or any other item that could move.  This also includes items in the storage compartments.

On the day of the Transport

The driver will recheck everything listed above to ensure safe travels.  Notations of any prior damage will be documented and pictures will be taken before the unit is taken.  A representative should be present to sign and agree to the condition of the trailer unless arrangements are made in advance.

At the Destination

A representative should be available to accept the trailer and instruct the driver to any special requests.  Pictures will be taken again once the trailer is off the transport truck to ensure all parties are happy with the transport.  The driver will again ask the representative to sign on the condition of the trailer at completion.

Special Note

In the event of a trailer breakdown during transit, it is required the driver is reimbursed for any purchases or repairs at the completion of the trip.  For example blown lights, fuses or the replacement of a tire, etc.

Payments

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, PayPal and Cash are all accepted. A 3.5% convenience fee is added to all payments other than cash.
